Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap.

• Build scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems.

System Architecture

• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and ensure secure, robust, cloud-native systems.

• Create frameworks and standards for development and deployment.

People & Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor engineering teams, including senior and principal engineers.

• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Data, AI/ML, and Business teams to align engineering execution with company goals.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive high-quality delivery of critical projects.

• Balance long-term architecture with short-term business needs.

Mentorship & Development

• Coach engineering managers and senior talent to build leadership capability within the tech organization.

Innovation

• Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, cloud, and modern software development.

• Champion adoption of new technologies where beneficial.
