The position available at HiLabs is for a Lead/Senior Data Scientist based in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a focus on applying emerging technologies. Proficiency in Python, Scala, Spark, SQL, and the AWS platform is required. As a member of the Evolutionary Platform team, you will be expected to drive AI/ML excellence and technological innovation, contributing to the advancement of digital products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize AI/ML techniques to address complex healthcare challenges - Develop end-to-end data pipelines for Big Data applications - Design and implement robust application/data pipelines using Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL - Lead a team in strategizing, designing, and evaluating AI solutions for healthcare problems - Enhance solution efficiency and quality - Manage the ETL pipeline development process from inception to deployment - Collaborate with team members on software development and deployment - Adhere to best design and development practices to ensure code quality - Build and maintain efficient, secure, and reliable code - Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging Desired Profile: - Bachelor's or Master's degrees in computer science, Mathematics, or related quantitative disciplines from Premium/Tier 1 institutions - 5 to 7 years of experience in ETL data pipeline development and advanced AI/ML algorithm implementation - Strong proficiency in technologies like Python, Scala, Spark, Apache Solr, MySQL, Airflow, and AWS - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQLServer, Oracle - Knowledge of machine learning concepts and mathematics - Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud environments - Proficiency with Version Control tools like Bitbucket/GIT, and tools like Maven/Jenkins, JIRA - Experience in Agile software delivery, continuous integration, and continuous delivery environments - Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills HiLabs is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
