Principal CSS EBS SCM Engineer

An experienced functional consultant with a solid understanding of basic business concepts and practices in Supply Chain Management is needed. You should be capable of working independently to deliver high-quality work products, handling varied and complex tasks that require independent judgment. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to comprehend requirements, functionality, and business processes - Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services - Perform functional assessment of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for process enhancements, optimal usage of Oracle applications features, and improved performance results - Develop test plans, procedures, and execute tests accordingly - Support Oracle SCM products and services as per the contractual agreement - Collaborate with support to address Customers SRs. - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions within the Oracle team and to end users - Coordinate with the technical team and delivery leaders to estimate engagement work and ensure excellence in functional work - Stay updated on Oracle's current and future products/solutions offerings for the specified SCM area Technical Qualifications: - 6-10+ years of implementation experience in Supply Chain Management solutions - Experience with multiple SCM applications, particularly Oracle EBS and Oracle SaaS, is advantageous - Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing SCM SaaS applications - Having completed one full life cycle implementation of Oracles Cloud SCM solutions is a plus - Previous consulting experience is preferred - Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and workshop leadership - Possession of Oracle Cloud Certification is beneficial Other Qualifications: - Excellent analytical skills - Strong English written and verbal communication abilities - Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment - Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly - Experience in working with Global/Matrixed/Remote teams - Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision Experience: - 6-10+ years of overall experience in relevant functional roles Career Level - IC4 About Us: As a leading provider of cloud solutions, Oracle leverages cutting-edge technology to address current challenges.
