Principal Consultant, SAP Incentive Management

As a Principal Consultant at OpenSymmetry, you will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting performance management solutions to meet clients" business and technical requirements. You will act as the primary technical contact and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve working with Fortune 500 clients on multiple projects, supporting and troubleshooting solutions in a live production environment, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Configure complex solutions using SAP Incentive Management - Customize Crystal reports within the SAP Incentive Management platform - Handle SAP Incentive Management Reporting, including embedded analytics and custom data models - Administer report access and publications in SAP Incentive Management - Understand compensation rules and attributes mapping - Configure web reporting portals and perform data extraction and testing - Prepare mapping information, create procedures and packages, and design optimal reporting layouts - Utilize SQL and Database table design for reporting - Own specific deliverables in project phases - Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain effective communication with clients and project team - Contribute to requirements and design documentation - Provide support during SIT / UAT Test phases - Solve complex problems and share knowledge with colleagues - Demonstrate knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in SPM and incentive compensation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 6+ years of experience with Callidus/SAP Incentive Management system - 5+ years of experience in Callidus Reporting, especially Embedded Analytics and Custom data models - 4+ years of client-facing experience - Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills - Prior consulting or support experience - Advanced skills in Excel and other spreadsheet software - Excellent communication skills In addition to the challenging role, working at OpenSymmetry offers: - Company culture and values that promote growth and success - Competitive salary and benefits including National Holidays, Annual Leaves, access to indoor games, fully equipped gym, insurance benefits, and flexible work schedule for work-life balance.,
