Principal Consultant - SAP Customer Service Module(CS)

As a SAP Customer Service Module (CS) Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be a part of a team that specializes in helping clients reimagine operating models, enhance competitiveness, optimize costs, foster exceptional stakeholder experiences, and drive business transformation. Your role will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in the CS module - Apply extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects - Manage replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing - Handle equipment master setup, tracking, and integration with warranty tracking - Work on service work orders and integration throughout repairs process - Translate user requests into application system solutions - Collaborate with various groups within the company to resolve business issues - Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality - Possess integration capabilities and cross-modular capability in SAP SD and MM/LE - Experience in Order Management OTC process specifically on Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, and more - Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with MM, LE, and FI modules Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a customer environment and with a remote project team - Proficiency in building good training documentation - Analytical skills to build problem statements and come up with solution statements - Experience in managing tasks and deliverables related to an SAP implementation project - Experience with testing and data migration At YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to create a career path tailored to your aspirations while working in an inclusive team environment.
