Principal Consultant - SAP Customer Service Module (CS)

As a SAP Customer Service Module (CS) Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be part of a team of bright individuals working with cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve using your strong SAP technical knowledge in the CS module to support repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects, replacement processing, equipment master setup, service work orders, service labor posting, material management, and translating user requests into application system solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing technical specifications and test scripts, participating in workshops, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions, and maintaining a high degree of knowledge of SAP technologies and business processes. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a customer environment and with remote project teams, analytical skills for problem-solving, experience in managing tasks related to SAP implementation projects, and familiarity with testing and data migration.
