Job Description

Provide consulting technical services and support for Oracle SBC, Unified Communications Solutions by Oracle Consulting, other Oracle Communication products, to CGBU customers Be available for travel on short notice to customer offices for meetings to finalize new technical solutions Plan and Deploy the Oracle Communications Products and Provide Technical Services Work on underlying infrastructure ranging from Bare metal, Virtualized or Cloud based deployments. Provide support for specialized activities but not limited to system installation, upgrades/ downgrade, system migrations, cutovers, provisioning solutions, feature activation, custom scripts creation, scaling, Heat template customizations, VNFM support. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
