Principal Consultant - Microsoft Copilot & AI Agents

We are looking for a Principal Consultant for Microsoft Copilot & AI Agents to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent Copilot solutions and AI agents that augment enterprise productivity, customer experience, and process efficiency. This role combines AI strategy, business consulting, and technical delivery to help organizations harness Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Dynamics 365 integrations for generative, conversational, and autonomous capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategy

• Lead Copilot visioning and discovery workshops to identify AI opportunity areas aligned with business goals.
• Translate industry-specific pain points into actionable Copilot and AI agent use cases (e.g., claims processing, citizen service automation, patient support).
• Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define measurable ROI and KPIs for Copilot implementations.
• Develop business case documentation, adoption playbooks, and executive-ready presentations for stakeholder alignment.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Power Platform.
• Architect secure and scalable integration frameworks connecting Copilot with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure Data services, and third-party APIs.
• Develop reusable templates, prompts, and orchestration logic for enterprise use cases such as Customer Service, HR, Finance, and Field Operations.
• Lead solution delivery from proof-of-concept through go-live, ensuring adherence to Microsoft Cloud Adoption and Responsible AI frameworks.

Technical Delivery & Governance

• Collaborate with data, AI, and cloud architects to ensure Copilot solutions meet enterprise performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Implement AI agent lifecycle managementversioning, monitoring, retraining, and improvement loops.
• Continuously evaluate Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and related technology updates for roadmap alignment.
• Contribute to reusable assets, industry-specific reference architectures, and Copilot practice knowledge bases.

Thought Leadership & Practice Development

• Mentor consultants and engineers in prompt engineering, AI safety, and Copilot deployment methodologies.
• Author thought-leadership content (blogs, webinars, demos) showcasing industry-specific Copilot innovation.
• Collaborate with Microsoft field teams for co-sell motions, partner enablement, and AI-driven solution evangelism.
• Represent the organization in Microsoft partner forums and AI innovation councils to influence emerging solution areas.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, with at least 3 years in AI, automation, or Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service integration.
• Ability to design, build, and deploy conversational and generative agents for BFSI, Healthcare, and Public Sector use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse for process automation and workflow integration.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, and orchestration pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business vision and technical execution.
• Demonstrated success in leading presales and delivery engagements within Microsoft ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in conversational design, prompt engineering, and hybrid agent ecosystems (Copilot + Dynamics + Azure).
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, data compliance, and ethical AI principles.
• Industry experience in BFSI (fraud detection, claims management), Healthcare (patient triage, support), and Public Sector (citizen self-service).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Digital Contact Center Platform or related CX automation technologies.
