Job Description

As a Principal Consultant at Genpact, you will be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java/Database environment. Your role will involve working with real-time transaction processing systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Additionally, you will be developing and maintaining microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. We are looking for candidates with a BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications and skills include experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and Web Services, experience with CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with DevOps tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position located in Noida, India. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level.
