As a Principal Consultant in FS Digital Transformation | Digital Pre-Sales, your role involves leading FS pursuits by conceptualizing digital solutions, crafting win themes, pitches, and transformation approaches. You will assess processes, define digital scope, and create PoVs, roadmaps, business cases, and commercials. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence workshops, orals, solution walkthroughs, and proposal meetings with CXOs and senior stakeholders. It is crucial to work closely with global sales teams to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions. Collaboration with sales, account managers, delivery teams, and internal technology groups is essential. Moreover, you will create domain-specific collaterals for Financial Services and evangelize solutions with client stakeholders. Keeping abreast of FS industry trends and emerging technologies will help strengthen solution positioning. Being open to domestic and international travel at short notice is expected. Key Responsibilities: - Lead FS Pursuits (RFPs/RFIs) by conceptualizing digital solutions and crafting win themes - Assess processes, define digital scope, and create PoVs, roadmaps, business cases, and commercials - Conduct due diligence workshops, orals, solution walkthroughs, and proposal meetings with CXOs and senior stakeholders - Work with global sales teams to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions - Collaborate with sales, account managers, delivery teams, and internal technology groups - Create domain-specific collaterals for Financial Services and evangelize solutions with client stakeholders - Stay ahead of FS industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen solution positioning - Open to domestic and international travel at short notice Required Skills & Expertise: - Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, RPA, AI/ML, and workflow automation in FS - Proven track record in managing end-to-end pursuits, solution design, and pre-sales leadership - Understanding of US/UK/APAC banking markets and platforms - Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Visio) Qualifications & Experience: - 12+ years in Banking Operations (Cards/Mortgages/Lending etc.), with at least 8 years in Pre-Sales & Solution Design - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science, or Technology (mandatory) - MBA/CA from Tier-1 institutions preferred - Domain expert or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Banking Operations & Digital Transformation The compensation package offered for this role ranges from 30 LPA to 35 LPA based on experience and fit.,
