Principal Consultant - eBusiness Suite SCM Consultant

An experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. You will operate independently to deliver quality work products for engagements, perform varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices effectively. You will demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer engagements. You may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. As a potential team lead on projects, you will provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop the skills of team members. Your role will involve consulting with the management of customer organizations and participating in business development activities, along with developing and leading detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years of consulting experience. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus. Strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with team members and clients, and a willingness to travel as needed are required.
