Job Description

Title: Principal Consultant Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bangalore Education: Bachelor s Degree Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Ability to gather and understand detailed technical requirements related to conversions, interfaces, reports, integrations and custom development 2. Excellence written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 3. Ability to deliver under pressure 4. Self motivated, with the ability to change and competing demands. 5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving. 6. Experience in client facing and stakeholder management 7. Work with functional teams to ensure the Cloud System is optimized and tailored to meet Organizations needs 8. Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud systems. 10. Develop and fix reports using BI publisher, extracts. 11. Perform data conversions. 12. Design and develop OIC based integrations. 13. Experience in custom application development and extensions using Apex & VBCS 14. Prepare and submit technical documentation. 15. Participate in requirement collection discussion with business. 16. Manage integration between Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization. 17. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 18. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. 19. Provide training and support to business users. 20. Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective. 21. Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support. 22. Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications. 23. ERP Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
