Principal Consultant - Adv. & Mgmt

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant at the company, you are expected to possess a deep area of consulting expertise and have a good understanding of the client's business landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an Ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values - Manage consulting projects and teams, ensuring quality assurance for all work streams - Demonstrate a client-focused approach in solving issues and achieving objectives - Manage work stream budgets and assure the quality of deliverables - Build trust and confidence with clients as a trusted advisor - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, focusing on quality and delivery - Engage effectively with clients, extract information, and develop facilitation and communication skills - Ensure project administration is up to date, including Statements of Work (SoW) and tagging - Drive business development by achieving high levels of individual utilization and identifying and converting leads into opportunities and proposals - Build relationships with client contacts, participate in sales meetings, and contribute to sales activities - Lead thought leadership efforts by developing insights into industry and technology trends and sharing them with the wider practice - Contribute to Wipro's initiatives by delivering all administrative tasks in a timely manner, leveraging knowledge assets, proposing new service offerings, and contributing to go-to-market solutions - Drive engagement with other consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and deliver tailored client solutions - Create reusable intellectual property (IP) and assets, establishing yourself as a thought leader in the industry Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in consulting - Strong expertise in consulting, client relationship management, and business development - Ability to lead and deliver strategic advisory and transformation engagements - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proven track record of contributing to business growth and thought leadership (Note: The additional details provided by the company emphasize their focus on reinvention and digital transformation, encouraging individuals to evolve and design their own reinvention within the business.),
