Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Principal for our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic leadership, operational management, and team-building skills to uphold excellence in academics and school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership for the CBSE school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic policies.
• Lead and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor student performance, faculty development, and curriculum enrichment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of daily school operations, discipline, and compliance.
• Build strong communication channels with parents, staff, and the school community.
• Organize school events, assessments, inspections, and board-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Education)
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal / Principal)
• In-depth understanding of the CBSE curriculum and guidelines
• Proven ability to lead academic teams and manage school operations effectively
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
