Role & responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

1. Hands-On Product Engineering

• Develop enterprise-grade applications and bots across

  Power Apps (canvas + model-driven), SPFx/React, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power BI Embed, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry

  , and

  Dataverse/Fabric

  .
• Build PoCs in days and scale them to enterprise-grade solutions with CI/CD, telemetry, and security baked in.

2. Technical Architecture & Standards

• Own solution blueprints: data models, API contracts, security patterns, ALM pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Publish reusable templates, CLI scripts, and code generators to accelerate future projects.

3. Debugging & Problem Solving

• Be the escalation point for show-stoppersperformance issues, authentication failures, flaky tests, broken pipelines.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and coach the team on preventive patterns.

4. Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

• Convert epics into sprintable stories, size effort realistically, and steer projects to done—hands on the keyboard all the way.
• Communicate trade-offs and technical debt to execs in plain language.

5. Team Enablement (Player-Coach)

• Pair-code and curate a knowledge base of solved tickets and code snippets.
• Guide certification paths (PL-400/PL-600, AZ-305, SPFx Specialist, etc.).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years

  full-stack engineering with

  6+ years

  building on Microsoft cloud (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, SPFx).
• Demonstrable

  solo builds

  of at least two enterprise solutions (show us the architecture diagrams or repo).
• Expert in:

• Azure AI / OpenAI

  orchestration, vector search, prompt engineering

• Copilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry

  expert
• Expert in

  Python

• Power Apps

  advanced formulas & PCF controls

• Power Automate

  cloud & desktop flows, custom connectors

• SPFx + React

  component libraries, PnP, Fluent UI

• Azure Functions / Logic Apps / API Management

• Dataverse & Fabric

  (Lakehouse/Warehouse) schema design, DAX, T-SQL

• CI/CD

  with Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions
