Principal Analyst - Financial Reporting

As a Principal Analyst for Global Finance Operations at Providence, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Shared Services team and stakeholders to ensure precise recording, consolidation, and reporting of General Ledger and Grant Management. Additionally, you will be involved in setting up and modifying requests in the ERP system related to grant management, generating invoices for Grants related awards, reviewing monthly financial statements of various Providence entities, and participating in audit deliverables. You will need to build strong relationships across different levels in the organization, facilitate collaborations, transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents. Your role will also involve planning and executing the transition process, requiring you to be an analytical thinker, detail-oriented, a team player, deadline-driven, adaptable, a problem solver, ethical, and a quick learner. To be successful in this role, you should possess a CA/CPA/CMA/MBA/M.com with at least 8 years of accounting experience, including grant/contract accounting experience. Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and drive process improvement. Experience in working with global stakeholders, high-performance creativity, and an optimistic personality are also desired qualities.
