Role : Principal AI Engineer Multi-Agent Systems, LangGraph & Federated Memory

Whats the Role?

shipped multi-agent systems to production

You'll own two things:

1. Multi-Agent Systems

   Transform our existing AI platform from traditional LLM workflows into a production-grade multi-agent architecture using LangGraph.

2. Federated Platform Memory

   Build a memory architecture where individual MAS instances learn locally, share patterns globally, and continuously improve without leaking client data across boundaries.

The hard problem:

State-of-the-Art Agentic Memory — You Must Know This

Mem0, MemGPT / Letta, Zep, LangMem, LangGraph Checkpointing etc.

What we need that doesn’t exist:

You’ll design and build this.

Decompose existing workflows into specialized LangGraph agents

LangGraph Architecture

Design agent graphs — nodes, edges, state, conditional routing, subgraphs

MCP Infrastructure

Build MCP servers for tool access. Production-grade Model Context Protocol

Required Skill :

Production MAS experience

Shipped multi-agent systems to real users

State-of-the-art agentic memory knowledge

Deep familiarity with Mem0, MemGPT/Letta, Zep, LangMem. You know what exists and what’s missing

LangGraph expertise

Production LangGraph. Graphs, state, checkpointing, subgraphs

Federated/distributed systems

Memory sharing across isolated systems. Privacy boundaries.

MCP experience

Built or integrated MCP servers in production

Legacy-to-MAS migration

Decomposed monolithic AI into agents

10 + years software engineering

Principal-level depth

Self-sufficient execution

Architect, build, ship. Minimal hand-holding

Python mastery
