PrimeXM is seeking an Application Support Technician to strengthen our client-facing operations. In this role, you will assist with the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support of PrimeXM’s trading infrastructure and solutions. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping resolve technical and operational issues while ensuring smooth and reliable service delivery. This position also involves coordinating with our weekday support team to manage weekend activities such as system upgrades, migrations, and client service requests. Support is provided through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. This position is full-time and operates on a rotating shift schedule. A training period of about 2 weeks will be provided. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of escalation for technical issues. Investigate and analyse trading and pricing related issues using logs, FIX messages, and other diagnostic tools. Manage software upgrades and migrations for PrimeXM applications, including post-deployment validation. Onboard and support clients: configure liquidity connections, bridges/gateways, and integrations (MT4/MT5, FIX, Web Trader). Troubleshoot and resolve XCore misconfiguration issues (connectivity, order routing, aggregation, risk, reporting). Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years of experience in providing technical support. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to quickly absorb new concepts using provided materials and training. Ability to manage multiple client requests and make sound decisions under time-sensitive conditions. Forex Market knowledge. Experience with MetaTrader 4/5, FIX basics, and APIs is a strong plus. Basic knowledge of Networking (ping, tracert, telnet, Etc.) Basic understanding of SQL requests.
