Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for

  Oracle Fusion ERP

  and

  Primavera Unifier

  integration.
• Design scalable solutions for

  Project Controls, Cost Management, Asset Management, and Capital Planning

  .
• Ensure seamless integration using

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  and PaaS services.

• Implementation & Delivery

• Lead

  large-scale transformation programs

  for industries like construction, infrastructure, and real estate.
• Drive

  requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live

  phases.
• Develop technical components:

  HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom integrations

  .

• Process Optimization

• Align project and asset management processes with global best practices.
• Identify gaps in standard functionality and define customizations for Unifier and Fusion ERP.

• Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution

Mandatory Skills

Expertise in Primavera Unifier modules: Project Controls, Cost Management, Asset Management.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM.

Hands-on experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and data migration strategies.

Proven ability to design real-time integrations between Unifier and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in global rollouts for capital-intensive sectors.

Knowledge of Primavera P6, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, and integration with Fusion ERP.

Certifications in Oracle Primavera and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
