Primary Teacher (PRT)

RP World School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young children, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accordance with the school's curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and engaging with parents and the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum guidelines.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate instructional activities that encourage active learning.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to address the diverse learning needs of students.
• Incorporate educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience.

Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:

• Assess students' academic performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
• Use formative and summative assessments to guide instructional decisions.
• Identify students' needs and provide individualized support or enrichment as required.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and respectful classroom environment that supports learning.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a safe and orderly classroom.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging student participation and engagement.

Parent & Community Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to promote a supportive school community.

Professional Development:

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Engage in reflective practices to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise relevant to the primary curriculum.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching at the primary level, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE-affiliated school.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
