Responsibilities and Duties: Your primary tasks in this role include: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records concerning enrollment, attendance, and academic performance. Assisting in student registration and the withdrawal process. Developing report cards, and other student-related documents. Greeting and dealing with visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner. Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel. Handling of incoming and outgoing latter. Supporting teachers, staff, and administrators with administrative tasks as needed. Preparing and distributing notices, memos, and other communications. Maintaining and updating school calendars and schedules. Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a school administrative position is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in computer systems, including MS Office Suite.
