Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our school in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in teaching primary school students and be committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience and school community.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in teaching at the primary level.
Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
