Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Bengaluru. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering early childhood development, and maintaining an interactive and safe classroom environment. The role involves collaborating with other educators, monitoring and documenting student progress, and employing creative activities and teaching strategies to promote kindergarten readiness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in kindergarten teaching and creating age-appropriate learning environments
• Passion for working with children and fostering their overall development
• A relevant teaching qualification or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred
• Proficiency in adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of young learners
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in engaging with children
