Job Title: PRT Teacher

Job Summary:

The PRT Teacher is responsible for facilitating learning among students from Grades 1 to 5 by creating an engaging, inclusive, and effective classroom environment. The teacher must plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum, focusing on overall student development — academic, emotional, and social.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and academic calendar.
• Create a positive learning atmosphere that fosters curiosity, discipline, and creativity among students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, projects, and tests.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and technology tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings, events, and training sessions.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students within the school premises.
• Uphold school values, policies, and code of conduct at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
• Graduation in relevant subject (as applicable).
• Prior experience teaching in a CBSE / ICSE / IB curriculum preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young learners.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, as per school hours and academic calendar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
