Primary School Teacher (English & Social Studies) – Female

Key Responsibilities :Academic Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in English and Social Studies.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and communication skills in English.
• Teach Social Studies topics that enhance students’ understanding of history, geography, civics, and culture.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Maintain discipline, manage student behavior, and promote respect and cooperation among students.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Assessment and Reporting:

• Design and administer periodic assessments, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and prepare student progress reports.

Professional Development & Collaboration:

• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers for integrated learning projects and curriculum development.
• Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and educational trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English / Social Studies / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English and/or Social Studies at the primary level.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and a nurturing attitude toward young learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,231.47 - ₹45,000.00 per month
