Primary School Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative, engaging lessons following NEP guideline
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that supports a range of learning styles and needs
• Assess and document each child’s progress, adapting instruction based on individual development
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic educational experience
• Participate actively in school meetings, workshops, and community events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching at the primary level
• Commitment to alternative or progressive teaching approaches
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,693.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
