Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary English Teacher to teach foundational language skills to young learners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early education, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to engage students using interactive and creative teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

• Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with curriculum guidelines.
• Focus on developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, and age-appropriate learning material.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Encourage student participation and support individual learning needs.
• Promote good behavior and discipline through consistent routines.

Academic Support & Development

• Use stories, activities, and digital tools to make learning engaging.
• Prepare students for evaluations, competitions, and other academic programs.
• Stay updated with best practices in early childhood and primary English education.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Coordinate with other teachers to create integrated learning opportunities.
• Maintain student records and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
