Primary Coordinator - BTM Layout

Role Overview: As an Academic Planning & Curriculum professional, your primary responsibility will be to design, plan, and implement curriculum for Pre-Primary and Primary levels in alignment with the school's goals and standards. You will be tasked with ensuring the integration of innovative teaching methodologies such as play-way, activity-based, and thematic learning. Monitoring teaching quality, learning outcomes, coordinating lesson plans, timetables, and assessment schedules will also fall under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and support pre-primary and primary teachers, conduct regular classroom observations, and provide constructive feedback. - Organize in-house workshops and recommend external training to enhance teacher support and training. - Ensure age-appropriate learning, emotional safety, and holistic development of students while tracking progress and supporting differentiated learning. - Coordinate with management on staffing, resources, and infrastructure needs, maintain documentation, and plan school events, assemblies, exhibitions, and field trips. - Organize orientation sessions, parent-teacher meetings, address parent concerns promptly and professionally, and share curriculum goals and child progress reports regularly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. - Prior experience in curriculum design and implementation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and management. - Proficiency in classroom management and student assessment. - Knowledge of innovative teaching methodologies and child development theories.
