PRIMARY ASSISTANT TEACHER

• Support the main teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons and classroom activities.
• Provide individual and small-group assistance to students for better understanding of lessons.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute learning materials and classroom resources.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to the class teacher.
• Help maintain classroom discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Supervise students during recess, assemblies, and school activities.
• Assist in assessing students’ work and maintaining academic records.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff when required.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Support the emotional and social development of students through encouragement and guidance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
