Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 4 years in executing deal pricing & structuring roles. A good understanding of P&Ls, cash flows, provisioning/budgeting, along with a strong grasp of finance and numbers, is crucial for this role. Experience in leading and managing bids, as well as authoring proposals in a business outsourcing environment, will be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoints, and Words is necessary. An MBA from a reputed institute or a qualification as a CA, CFA, or CMA with an engineering degree or graduation background is required.
