We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in material pricing, transaction-based pricing, ARC/RRC, and pricing & commercials strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in these areas and be able to evaluate their practical application within a business context. Additionally, experience in contract management, financial modeling, accounting, and budgeting is essential to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize material pricing and transaction-based pricing strategies to align with business objectives.Develop and implement ARC/RRC pricing models, ensuring alignment with market conditions and business goals.Formulate and execute pricing & commercials strategies to drive profitability and competitive advantage.Provide strategic guidance through strategy consulting, focusing on pricing, financial planning, and operational optimization.Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with financial terms and operational agreements.Contribute to financial modeling, accounting, and budgeting processes, providing insights to inform business strategy and decisions.Deal Structuring and Pricing Models to create pricing strategies that align with value propositions, incorporating value-based, unit, and global pricing.Strategic Value and Resource-Based Pricing to optimize pricing through value and resource-based approaches while shaping deals to achieve the desired pricing structure.
