Price Book Coordinator

Job Description: You will be responsible for entering and maintaining detailed item information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook. Your duties will include updating item pricing and promotional activities, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with various departments, resolving issues promptly, documenting and tracking issues, and supporting and maintaining the retail price book. Additionally, you will be required to respond to calls, emails, and requests promptly and perform any other assigned duties. Key Responsibilities: - Input and maintain detailed item information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook. - Update item pricing and promotional activities from multiple vendors. - Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of Pricebook data. - Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners. - Identify, research, and resolve problems promptly. - Respond to all calls, emails, and requests on the same day. - Document, track, and monitor issues for timely resolution. - Support and maintain the retail price book. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience with PDI/Price Book, Marketing, and/or Accounting is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to learn store applications, including PDI software. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent data entry and communication skills. - Effective verbal and written communication abilities. - Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask effectively.
