Job Profile:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Supervising the assembly department

- Resource utilization. Competency and capability development of the team

- Preparation of PTC plan and implementation.

2. Production targets.

- Achieving Production Targets wr the NBV and NBS

3. On time T0, Dispatches Deliveries & commissioning.

- Commissioning of tools at site. Commissioning closers as per the plan.

- Interaction with supplier department to meet targets

4. Effort Hours & Cost control as per Budgets

- Ensuring the Effort Hours right from Assembly to Commissioning of the Tools within Budget .

5. Quality

- Maintenance of Quality standards

- Troubleshooting

- Investigating problems and diagnosing and correction

6. Organization Imperatives:

- Ensure Safety and Good Housekeeping.

- TPM of machines and Grace implementation across levels for driving Kaizen Drive. Initiative.

- Implementation of the Functional and Strategic initiatives to improve the Overall Lead time.

- Subordinate Development.

- IMS
