Presentation & Creative Services Designer

Were looking for a Presentation & Creative Services Designer to elevate our visual communications across executive decks, marketing collateral, event content, and more.

This role is ideal for a designer who specializes in storytelling through slides and has a strong command of layout, hierarchy, and visual flow. Youll collaborate with marketers, writers, and subject matter experts to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling, and beautifully designed content that reinforces our brand and drives business outcomes.

What Youll Do

Design executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint that align with our brand and enhance narrative clarity

Translate technical and abstract content into simple, visually compelling slides and infographics

Adapt and create supporting marketing assets, such as one-pagers, fact sheets, event collateral, and social graphics

Work within brand guidelines and templates, while knowing when and how to stretch them

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, content, and design teams to bring ideas to life

Balance quick-turn requests and larger creative projects, delivering high-quality output on tight deadlines

Maintain visual consistency across materials and contribute to evolving the visual system as needed

Support design QA and file preparation for final delivery across formats and platforms

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in presentation design or visual communications, ideally with time in fast-paced agency or in-house environments supporting executive and high-impact content

Mastery of PowerPoint; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma preferred

Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling, layout design, and an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

Proven ability to lead projects from concept through executionstructuring abstract ideas into polished, strategic visual narratives

Deep understanding of typography, hierarchy, and layout systems, with an ability to apply them creatively across different content types

Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functionscomfortable shaping content and direction, not just executing on it

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities

Bonus: familiarity with enterprise software, cybersecurity, or fintech
