Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lay the foundation for lifelong learning in our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, secure, and inspiring environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore, imagine, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Establish a safe, cheerful, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and self-expression through play-based learning.
• Foster warm and supportive relationships with children and maintain open communication with parents.
• Guide children in developing essential early skills such as communication, cooperation, and independence.

Candidate Profile:

• A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
• Prior experience in preschool or early childhood teaching will be appreciated.
• Knowledge of phonics and early literacy methods will be highly valued.
• Ability to nurture and inspire young learners through engaging and child-friendly methods.

Qualifications:

• A diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or any equivalent qualification.
• Freshers with a strong child-centric approach and eagerness to learn may also apply.
