Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, a creative approach to teaching, and a deep passion for working with young children in their foundational years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities to support all areas of early childhood development
• Create a safe, warm, and stimulating learning environment
• Use interactive methods such as storytelling, play-based learning, songs, and crafts
• Observe, assess, and document children's behavior and development progress
• Maintain daily communication with parents and address any concerns
• Manage classroom routines, ensure discipline, and promote positive behavior
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher interactions
• Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification in NTT / ECCEd / Montessori Training (preferred)
• 0–2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality
• Strong classroom management and observation skills
• Ability to work creatively and adapt to different learning styles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
