Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher at Kangaroo Kids International PreSchool located in Electronic City phase 1, your primary responsibility is to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities based on the Kangaroo Kids International Preschool framework. You will be creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports their emotional, social, and cognitive development. Observing and assessing children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers, and collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience are also crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities is essential for your growth in this position. Freshers are encouraged to apply for this position, and while previous experience in early childhood education is a plus, it is not mandatory. A passion for working with young children, along with a commitment to their development and well-being, is highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment, and being located in or around Electronic City are important requirements for this role.
