Preschool Teacher Female (Kadapa)

MDN Edify Education is seeking compassionate, dynamic, and dedicated Pre-Primary Educators to join our team in Kadapa. We are looking for educators who possess a genuine passion for early childhood learning and are committed to creating joyful, meaningful, and developmentally enriching experiences for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate creative, age-appropriate learning activities that nurture early literacy, numeracy, motor development, and social-emotional skills.
• Establish and maintain a warm, secure, and inclusive classroom environment that supports holistic child development.
• Observe, record, and assess children’s progress to understand their individual growth and learning needs.
• Modify teaching techniques to accommodate varied learning styles and individual differences among children.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to plan thematic units and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
• Maintain open, positive, and timely communication with parents and guardians regarding each child’s development and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (B.Ed preferred).
• Previous experience in pre-primary or early childhood education settings.
