Preschool Teacher

Our Institution is a nurturing and inclusive early childhood education center dedicated to fostering a love of learning in young children. Our program blends traditional early childhood best practices with the Montessori method to provide a child-centered, hands-on, and enriching environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Preschool Teacher with Montessori training to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a Montessori-inspired curriculum for children ages [2 - 6]
• Foster an environment that supports each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Observe and document children's progress and prepare individualized learning plans
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development and classroom activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to create a cohesive and supportive team
• Participate in ongoing professional development setting
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or certification in Montessori or NTT
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children
