Key Responsibilities: - Design and facilitate play-based, inquiry-led learning experiences to nurture children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. - Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active exploration and independent learning. - Support the development of communication, early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional learning through hands-on activities. - Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the Early Years team. - Contribute to a school culture focused on care, joy, and purposeful discovery. - Develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational goals to promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Training / Early Childhood Care and Education. - Strong command of English and excellent communication skills. - Kind, patient, and nurturing presence around children. - Deep commitment to early childhood education and belief in learning through play and exploration.
