Preschool Educator

As a Preschool Educator at Uttam School for Girls in Ghaziabad, you will have the opportunity to shape young minds during their most formative years. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children through play-based and inquiry-led experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and facilitate play-based and inquiry-led learning experiences to nurture children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. - Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports active exploration and independent learning. - Support foundational development in communication, early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional learning through hands-on activities. - Build strong and respectful relationships with children and families, and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Early Years team. - Contribute meaningfully to a school culture rooted in care, joy, and purposeful discovery during the formative years. - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with educational goals and developmental milestones, promoting cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Training/Early Childhood Care and Education. - A strong command of English and excellent communication skills. - A kind, patient, and nurturing presence around children. - A deep commitment to early childhood education and the belief that young children learn best through play and exploration. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children aged 2-6. - Formal training or certification in Early Childhood Education.
