Preschool Assistant

Key responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, student observation and assessment, engaging with parents, participating in staff meetings, and ensuring a safe and nurturing classroom environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in early childhood education and curriculum development, possess strong classroom management and student assessment skills, excel in communication and interpersonal abilities, be able to effectively engage and motivate students, demonstrate proficiency in maintaining a safe environment, collaborate well with parents and staff, hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and ideally have First Aid and CPR certification.
