Position: Telecaller – Real Estate

Responsibilities:•Handle inbound & outbound calls related to real estate inquiries•Share project details and explain offeringsto potential clients•Schedule and coordinate site visits with thesales team•Track all conversations and follow-ups usingCRM•Support lead nurturing and increase conversions🎓Requirements:•1+ year experience as a telecaller in real estate•Strong communicationin Gujarati, Hindi (English preferred)•Confident voice, polite tone, and professional behavior•Knowledge of CRM, Excel, or WhatsApp business tools preferred•Strong follow-up skills and target-orientedmindset💰Compensation:•Fixed Salary + Per Visit Incentive + Booking Incentive or only fixed salary •Attractive earning potentialKromme Group islooking for a smart, energetic, and experienced Telecaller with a background in real estate sales or telecalling.
