Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to generate new leads for sales and marketing teams.
  • Qualify prospects, collect relevant customer information, and update CRM.

Event Assignment & Coordination:

  • Assign leads to field sales teams and track progress.
  • Schedule product demos, shopfloor visits, or events for prospects.
  • Ensure proper follow-up before and after events to maximize conversions.

Voice Process & Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
  • Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the right department.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and daily reporting.
  • Meet weekly/monthly calling targets, lead conversion targets, and event follow-up SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate (Any stream)

Experience: 2–4 years

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada (English is an advantage) – mandatory requirement
  • Good listening skills, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of CRM / Excel for lead tracking
  • Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under deadlines

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience)
