Presales Manager - IT Infrastructure Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and provide suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Design and propose technical solutions covering servers, storage, backup, virtualization, disaster recovery, and data center infrastructure.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and Bill of Material (BOM).
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate technical documentation.
• Manage and guide pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Work with OEMs (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, Microsoft, etc.) and internal teams for solution positioning.
• Stay updated on emerging infrastructure technologies and industry trends.
• Support bid management, solution costing, and commercial discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in pre-sales and solution consulting for IT infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, backup solutions, virtualization, disaster recovery, and data center infrastructure.
• Experience in OEM technologies like HPE, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, and Microsoft.
• Proven ability to design high-level and low-level infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in handling and leading pre-sales and delivery teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
