Presales ( Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Presales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telecalling and marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team to convert opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inbound telecalling to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture prospects.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Provide timely reports on lead generation and conversion status.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification Graduation .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling and marketing (presales experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers over calls.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
