Work Hours: Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6:30 PM (3rd & 5th Sat off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate qualified leads for IT solutions, including cloud services and cybersecurity products.
• Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities aligned with their tech needs.
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads.
• Connect with senior IT leaders to drive participation in exclusive corporate events.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the presales funnel.
• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• HSC or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in lead generation or telecalling preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
