Presales Backup Solutions

You will be working as a Presales Consultant specializing in Backup Solutions, requiring a strong technical background in data protection and backup technologies. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their backup needs, designing suitable backup and disaster recovery solutions, delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team on RFPs/RFIs and PoCs, and ensuring smooth implementation handovers with engineering teams. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience with leading backup tools such as Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, or Commvault, a good understanding of storage, data retention policies, and disaster recovery planning, as well as strong communication and client-facing skills. Additionally, we are seeking a Presales Consultant specialized in BeyondTrust & Cybersecurity Products. As part of this role, you will be responsible for positioning and demonstrating cybersecurity products, with a focus on BeyondTrust PAM solutions, to enterprise clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding client security requirements, delivering demos, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations, assisting in preparing technical proposals, BoMs, and SOWs, and supporting PoCs while collaborating with internal and partner teams to address technical queries. The ideal candidate for this position should possess hands-on knowledge of BeyondTrust PAM or other PAM/IDAM solutions, an understanding of IT security concepts like privileged access management, endpoint protection, and identity governance, as well as strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Both positions are full-time roles with a day shift schedule and require in-person work at the designated location.,
