Job Title: Manager Department: Sales Business Development Location: Chennai Objective: Responsible for new business acquisition and relationship management with existing clients. Roles and responsibilities: This role is responsible for selling our service offerings (Employee transportation) to potential clients at competitive price points and business growth. New Business Development: • Plan and design strategies to reach a greater number of corporates for selling our services with a ROI calculations • Signing of New Accounts (New Business Acquisition) • Negotiate to Acquire Profitable Deal • Contract Management (Ensure all relevant clauses are included) • Designing Solutions • Plan digital marketing initiatives for sustainable growth and client retention Relationship Management • New client onboarding • Drive revenue enhancement and opportunity for margin expansion in existing accounts • Customer-wise profitability • Ensuring Timely Collections • Implement the Designed Solutions • To create a Win – Win Relationship Profile Description: • Graduation/Post Graduation with 7-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales • Should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
