Predictive Maintenance

You will be responsible for developing and configuring Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and AVEVA Insight Applications. This includes creating dashboards, configuring alerts, and setting up data ingestion pipelines. Your role will involve implementing asset models, tag hierarchies, and metadata structures based on customer requirements, as well as building and deploying predictive models using AVEVA Predictive Analytics. You will configure anomaly detection, fault diagnostics, and time-to-failure forecasting. In addition, you will be required to analyze customer requirements, review technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and meet expectations. Your expertise will be essential in translating business needs into scalable and maintainable application solutions. Furthermore, you will integrate AVEVA Insight with OT data sources and enterprise systems, as well as customize applications using Python, .NET, and VB scripting for advanced functionality. Your role will also involve designing and configuring operator interfaces for real-time monitoring and shutdown recording, ensuring intuitive navigation and responsive design across devices. You will be responsible for configuring and validating reports using Power BI or similar tools, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights through visual analytics. As part of your responsibilities, you will diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently, documenting incidents and resolutions in line with SLAs and support contracts. You should have a working knowledge of Windows OS server/client architecture and third-party software integration, as well as experience with cloud platforms and data security best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience with AVEVA Insight and Predictive Analytics platforms, proficiency in Python, .NET, and VB scripting, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Experience in industrial automation, SCADA/HMI systems, and data-driven applications will be advantageous.,
